Job Description
The Track Manager will lead and manage automation and cloud infrastructure initiatives including RedHat clusters, Ansible automation, Kubernetes orchestration, and Microsoft Azure cloud services. The role focuses on delivering high-quality solutions, collaborating with teams, and ensuring robust and scalable deployments.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead implementation and management of RedHat clusters for mission-critical workloads
• Design, develop and manage automation using Ansible for configuration and orchestration
• Deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters ensuring performance and scalability
• Architect and manage cloud services on Microsoft Azure including resource provisioning and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals
• Provide technical leadership to team members and mentor junior engineers
• Ensure operational excellence, reliability, and compliance with best practices
• Coordinate deployments, troubleshoot issues, and refine processes for continual improvement
• Support hybrid work model by managing tasks both remotely and on-site

Required Skills
• Expertise in RedHat Linux cluster setup and administration
• Strong experience with Ansible automation and playbook development
• Proficiency in Kubernetes architecture, deployment, and management
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Eligibility
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven track record in automation, cloud orchestration, and DevOps practices
