Job Description
The Global Compensations Advisor will manage compensation strategy, analytics, program design, benchmarking, and market evaluations. This role supports compensation frameworks for India and global regions, ensuring reward practices align with business strategy and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop compensation strategies aligned with business and market demands
• Support benchmarking, survey analysis, and pay structure recommendations
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership on compensation decisions
• Ensure competitive compensation models for internal and external equity
• Provide insights for executive compensation and policy planning
• Lead compensation analysis for salary structure upgrades and pay reviews
• Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership
• Support regional teams in implementation of global reward practices

Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of compensation strategy and market benchmarking
• Analytical capability to interpret large data sets and market surveys

Eligibility
• 8+ years of experience in compensation or reward strategy roles
