Job Description
The Automation Test Lead (Embedded) will oversee and implement automated testing strategies for embedded product platforms. The role is focused on creating robust test frameworks, defining test standards, and leading test execution to ensure high reliability and performance of embedded systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and implementation of automated test frameworks for embedded systems
• Plan and execute automated test suites for continuous regression and quality assurance
• Collaborate with embedded software engineers to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Integrate testing automation within CI/CD pipelines for seamless builds and deployment verification
• Mentor and guide junior test engineers to adopt best practices in test design and execution
• Monitor and report test results, metrics, and quality trends to stakeholders
• Improve test processes, frameworks, and automation coverage through innovation
• Support defect tracking and help troubleshoot embedded test failures
Required Skills
• Strong experience in embedded software testing and automation
• Expertise in automation frameworks, scripting, and tooling support
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering and QA teams

Eligibility
