Job Description
As a Software Engineer in the Product Development team, you will work within an established software architecture to enhance, debug, and design software applications. The role involves contributing to database-driven applications, supporting releases, and collaborating with stakeholders while gaining exposure to enterprise-scale systems and healthcare workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Enhance and maintain existing software applications.
• Develop and design new reports using SQL for data fetching, processing, and presentation.
• Gather requirements, understand scope, estimate tasks, and execute deliverables effectively.
• Participate in technical design discussions at component level.
• Handle client interactions and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutions.
• Support software releases and post-release activities.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance development and operational efficiency.
• Gain understanding of healthcare workflows and enterprise data models.
• Work within defined security policies and safeguard client and company assets.
• Be flexible to work additional hours if required as per business needs.
