Job Description
This position leads Salesforce solution architecture focusing on identity, security, customization, integration, Experience Cloud, and DevOps automation. The role is suited for experienced professionals who can manage SFDC environments at scale and drive data governance, configuration, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Architect and implement Salesforce solutions with focus on SFDC Identity & Security
• Lead customization for Experience Cloud, Lightning, and UI enhancements
• Configure Sharing and Visibility to ensure secure access and data protection
• Drive Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation processes
• Manage SFDC Data operations ensuring accuracy, performance, and governance
• Lead integrations between Salesforce and external systems
• Support PMO and program management tasks within hybrid environment
• Contribute to transformation and organizational change initiatives
• Ensure platform compliance, scalability, and best practices are followed
Required Skills
• Salesforce Identity & Access Management (IAM) expertise
• Strong in Salesforce customization, Lightning, Experience Cloud
• SFDC Security, Sharing & Visibility configuration
• Integration experience with third-party and internal systems
