Job Description
Red Hat’s Customer Experience & Engagement (CEE) team is looking for Software Engineering Trainees to join the Business Intelligence team in Pune. The role focuses on building and improving internal tools and software products while working in an open-source driven development environment. Trainees will collaborate with engineers, quality teams, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Implement new software features and fix bugs in existing applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using modern programming languages.
Develop unit tests and integration tests to ensure product quality.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and quality teams to build reliable solutions.
Participate in code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.
Build and maintain automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Learn emerging technologies including cloud computing, containers, and AI-related tools.
Required Skills
Strong programming knowledge in Python, Golang, or similar languages.
Knowledge of JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
