The Wipro SIM program is a pioneering higher-education initiative that allows Diploma holders to earn a B.Tech degree while working full-time at Wipro. The program focuses on developing strong platform, infrastructure, and behavioral skills to prepare candidates for long-term IT careers.

Eligibility Criteria
• 10th & 12th: Pass
• Diploma: Minimum 50%
• Diploma streams include CS, IT, Electronics, ECE, EEE, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering
• Core Mathematics mandatory in Diploma
• Maximum one active backlog (to be cleared by 6th semester)
• Maximum education gap: 3 years
• Only full-time Diploma courses accepted
• Eligible pass-outs: 2024 & 2025
• Minimum age: 18 years at onboarding
Stipend Structure
• Year 1: ₹12,400 per month
• Year 2: ₹15,488 per month
• Year 3: ₹17,553 per month
• Year 4: ₹19,618 per month
